Forklift Operator
About The Position
The Forklift Operator works in Material Handler Landside Operations Execution, managing and carrying out inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment activities. This may include work in CFS, CY, inland depot, and bonded warehouses, whether owned, operated, or both by Maersk. The role is part of the Frontline career stream and is typically an on-site, hands-on individual-contributor position supporting daily business operations. Work is generally performed under supervision and in accordance with established schedules, standard operating procedures, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment activities.
- Support daily business operations through hands-on operational or technical services.
- Transport and load or unload cargo, and fulfill orders as applicable to the operation.
- Follow established schedules, standard operating procedures, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
