We believe in the strength of a hardworking team and are looking for committed individuals to join our team. We are seeking a dedicated Foreman to support our pipeline construction projects. This is a hands-on role that involves working in outdoor environments, directing, and assisting the team with various tasks. The ideal candidate is a motivated, safety-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (80 - 100 lbs.) for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to read and understand alignment sheets for all work plans.
- A clean drug test
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- If Applicable, a clean MVR and the passing of a driving test
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate pipeline construction activities, including site preparation and installation.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with XCU and OSHA safety protocols.
- Direct crews to fulfill work schedules to meet projected deadlines, assign tasks to be completed.
- Maintain proper documentation, record job progress and account for employee hours out on the jobsite.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with supervisors, inspectors, and crew members.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site issues as they arise
