About The Position

Dueall Construction is seeking a Foreman in the Orlando area to lead field crews in a fast-paced reconstruction environment. The Foreman is the working crew lead and first level of supervision in the Field track. This is a hands-on role, with day-to-day accountability for the work installed by the crew. Under the restructured Operations Department, the Foreman owns the daily quality inspection. Inspections must be completed at the point of work, by the person directing the work, on the day it is performed. The Foreman executes the daily work plan, assigns and adjusts crew tasks, maintains productivity, stages materials and equipment, and removes or escalates obstacles. The role also includes enforcing safety standards, developing crew members, and using Procore as the required source of project documentation. Dueall Construction is a Florida commercial restoration company specializing in exterior restoration, including paint and sealants, stucco restoration, exterior cladding, waterproofing, concrete restoration, destructive testing, expert witness consultations, and water damage restoration. The company serves property managers and homeowners throughout Florida.

  • Prior formal crew leadership experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish, strongly preferred for crew communication.

  • Complete the assigned Procore inspection checklist for the crew's scope every working day at the point of work.
  • Accurately record actual installed conditions during inspections.

  • Inspect work against approved submittals and details, rather than relying on practices from prior jobs.
  • Photograph work and conditions before they are covered or concealed, including non-conforming conditions.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and complete Job Hazard Analyses for the crew's daily work.
  • Enforce PPE compliance and stop work immediately when an unsafe condition is found, notifying the Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent.

  • Train new crew members to competency in the crew's core scope.
  • Identify crew members with supervisory potential and report them to the Assistant Superintendent.
  • Set and uphold standards for crew conduct and workmanship.
  • Use current drawing revisions and work from approved products and details for the crew's scope.
  • Wear required site PPE, including a hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, and work boots.
