The role involves leading plumbing crews and coordinating job-site work to keep projects efficient, safe, and on schedule. The foreman works with general contractors, project managers, and other trades, and manages the 24/7 emergency line. Requirements

• Proven experience in residential plumbing, including new construction and renovations.
• Previous experience leading a plumbing crew or working as a foreman.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, blueprints, and installation methods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Plumbing license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead plumbers and apprentices on job sites.
• Coordinate daily work, materials, and manpower.
• Read and interpret plumbing plans and blueprints.
• Ensure work meets plumbing codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and maintain quality workmanship.
• Keep projects on schedule and communicate progress to management.
• Manage the 24/7 emergency line.
