Requirements

Ford Certified Master or Senior Master Technician status (Diesel required)
5+ years of professional automotive or diesel technician experience
Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with commercial, fleet, or heavy-duty Ford vehicles preferred

Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford diesel and commercial vehicles
Utilize Ford factory diagnostic tools and service information to troubleshoot complex issues
Work on high-volume commercial and fleet vehicles in a Ford Pro Elite environment
Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs and recommendations
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturer standards
Mentor and support junior technicians when needed
