Requirements
- Ford Certified Master or Senior Master Technician status (Diesel required)
- 5+ years of professional automotive or diesel technician experience
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with commercial, fleet, or heavy-duty Ford vehicles preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford diesel and commercial vehicles
- Utilize Ford factory diagnostic tools and service information to troubleshoot complex issues
- Work on high-volume commercial and fleet vehicles in a Ford Pro Elite environment
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs and recommendations
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturer standards
- Mentor and support junior technicians when needed
- Sit, stand, and walk
- Use hands and arms to handle, feel, or reach
- Speak and hear clearly
- Use close vision abilities
- Operate vehicles with a valid driver’s license
- Lift or move up to 50 lbs
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
