Requirements
- Ford Senior Master Certified Technician (or equivalent experience) required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ownership of a comprehensive set of professional tools.
- Proven track record of strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- Commitment to delivering top-quality workmanship.
- Positive, professional attitude with a desire to grow.
- Ability to thrive in a modern facility using the latest tools and technology.
Responsibilities
- Perform expert-level diagnostics and repairs across all vehicle systems.
- Lead the service team in technical excellence and high-quality workmanship.
- Execute complex repairs and warranty work to Ford factory standards.
- Act as a mentor for junior technicians, fostering a team-first mindset.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to our family-oriented shop culture.
- Ensure total customer satisfaction through precise and efficient repair execution.
