About The Position

At Thomas Cuisine, we believe great food has the power to make a difference. As a Foodservice Worker, you'll serve as a guest-facing ambassador for our café, delivering friendly service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer. In this role, you'll primarily work on the café line serving fresh food, operating a point-of-sale system, and ensuring guests receive outstanding hospitality. You'll also support our busy micromarket by stocking shelves, organizing products, and maintaining an attractive, well-stocked environment. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous customer service, retail, café, food service, or hospitality experience preferred
Comfortable operating or learning a point-of-sale (POS) system
Strong communication and guest service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Ability to stay organized while balancing service and stocking responsibilities
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Food Handler Card and/or ServSafe® Certification (or ability to obtain if required)

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, guest-focused service on the café line
Serve food and beverages while ensuring presentation and quality standards are maintained
Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately process transactions
Set up, stock, and maintain café service areas throughout the day
Stock shelves, organize products, and maintain inventory within the micromarket
Monitor product displays and replenish items as needed
Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary café, dining, and retail areas
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
Assist with inventory, restocking, and merchandising efforts
Perform other duties as assigned
