About The Position

Maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly. The role supports food service operations by cleaning and sanitizing work areas, managing trash, moving supplies and equipment, and assisting with setup and deliveries. The position is based at Cleveland Clinic – Marymount in Garfield Heights, Ohio. Shifts vary and include evenings, weekends, and some holidays. The pay range is $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

Previous food and/or customer service experience is preferred.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Sweep and mop floors in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam-clean or hose out garbage cans.
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
Comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
