About The Position
NHC Hendersonville is seeking a Food Service Team Member to assist with food service functions and ensure patients’ dining needs are met in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and NHC standards. The role includes kitchen sanitation, tray-line work, dishwashing, dining-room support, and delivering and retrieving meals and supplies from resident apartments. This is a full-time position scheduled from 12:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Pay is $15.00–$17.00 per hour. Healthcare food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Maintain kitchen sanitation standards.
- Work on the tray line and provide assistance.
- Prepare, wash, and store dishes after each meal service.
- Clean and sanitize the dishwashing area and maintain the dishwasher temperature log.
- Assist with setting tables, serving meals when needed, and bussing tables.
- Deliver and retrieve meals and supplies from resident apartments.
