About The Position
NHC is seeking a Food Service Team Member to assist with food service functions and help ensure patients’ dining needs are met in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and NHC standards. The role works in a team-oriented environment serving patients and supporting their dining needs. The scheduled hours are 12:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Healthcare food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Maintain kitchen sanitation standards.
- Work on the tray line and assist with food service preparation.
- Prepare, wash, and store dishes after each meal service.
- Clean and sanitize the dishwashing area and maintain the dishwasher temperature log.
- Assist with setting tables, serving meals when needed, and bussing tables.
- Deliver and retrieve meals and supplies from resident apartments.
