About The Position
NHC Healthcare Glasgow is seeking a Food Service Team Member to assist with food service functions and help meet patients’ dining needs in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and NHC standards. The role supports the cook and aides with breakfast and lunch service, including tray-line preparation and cleanup. The schedule is an AM shift, listed as 4:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. in the posting. Healthcare food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Assist the cook and aides with completing the tray line and preparing breakfast and lunch.
- Assist on the tray line for breakfast and lunch.
- Organize items for the tray line.
- Gather and prepare cold items for the tray line.
- Follow standardized recipes and special diet orders, preparing sufficient quantities to meet service requirements.
- Assist with cleanup.
- Complete side work.
