About The Position

CPARC is seeking a motivated and dependable Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our PCIT kitchen and catering business. This role involves combining food service experience with a passion for supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in learning job skills, building confidence, and working towards independence. The position includes leading daily kitchen operations, coordinating catering services, and providing hands-on training and supervision to program participants. It is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork, excellent customer service, and making a positive impact.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two years of food service experience.
Possess and maintain a valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
Comply with CPARC's Driving Policy.
Willing and able to operate an automatic-transmission delivery van.
Ability to regularly lift and carry 30-35 pounds.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Specialized training in food service is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and evaluate program trainees.
Help trainees develop workplace skills and achieve individual goals.
Maintain daily work, attendance, and goal-monitoring records.
Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team by participating in case conferences and providing input on individual support plans.
Coordinate the preparation and completion of catering orders and in-house lunches.
Assist customers with catering arrangements.
Help manage food and supply orders, weekly inventory, and cash register operations.
