The Food Service Category Manager trainee is responsible for learning and demonstrating proficiency in each of her assigned work responsibilities, including Deli, Restaurant, and Catering. This role involves maximizing sales generation, monitoring and enforcing customer service standards, and scheduling and executing effective and efficient labor. The position is hourly during training (40 hours/week) and transitions to an Exempt Salaried position (45 hours/week) upon successful completion of training, with store hours and some weekends required. The job will take place in the Ashland, Medina, and Wayne County Area.
