About The Position

West Shore Home is seeking an experienced Lead Shower & Bath Installer to lead bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish in customers’ homes. The role includes demolishing existing tubs and showers, making plumbing updates and modifications as needed, and installing tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and accessories. Installers load materials at the warehouse before traveling to job sites and return to the warehouse at the end of the day. They are expected to represent the company professionally, protect customers’ homes, communicate throughout the installation, maintain a clean jobsite, meet quality and safety standards, and complete project paperwork and closeout. The schedule is Monday through Friday with a 6:30 AM start. The company offers consistent, year-round work, equipment, paid training, benefits, and opportunities to advance.

Requirements

Previous hands-on experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction, residential installation, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
Ability to read and follow measurements and installation specifications.
Experience working with hand and power tools.
Ability to perform demolition and residential remodeling.
Ability to make plumbing adjustments as needed.
Problem-solving skills when work does not go according to plan.
Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners.
Pride in the quality of finished work.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Valid smartphone or smart device for required company systems and two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

Lead bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish.
Load the truck and materials at the warehouse before traveling to the job.
Arrive at customers’ homes on time and represent West Shore Home professionally.
Safely demolish existing tubs and showers while protecting customers’ homes.
Install new tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and related components.
Perform plumbing updates and modifications when needed.
Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards.
Keep the jobsite clean and treat customers’ homes with respect.
Communicate with customers throughout the installation.
Complete required paperwork and project closeout.
Return to the warehouse at the end of the day.
