Lead Bathroom Remodeler - Full Time, W2
About The Position
West Shore Home is hiring a residential remodeler to perform bathroom installations in customers’ homes. The Installer assists with safe and effective installations in accordance with Company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start. The approximate pay range is $24–$28 per hour; final compensation may vary based on factors including background, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device to access Company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
- Demolish existing baths or showers and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds; update plumbing if needed.
- Clean up thoroughly and take care to protect customers’ homes.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Follow Company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while performing installations safely and effectively.
