About The Position

West Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company specializing in bathroom, flooring, window, and door remodels. The Lead Bathroom Remodeler assists with safe, effective residential bathroom installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:30 AM. Work begins at the warehouse before traveling to customers’ homes to complete bathroom remodels.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device for accessing company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Demolish existing baths or showers and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds; update plumbing if needed.
• Clean the work area thoroughly and show care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing a 5-star customer experience.
