About The Position

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Food Service Leads to supervise assigned food and beverage stands at Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. The role leads team members in delivering excellent guest service in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This position is for the 2027 Spring/Summer season, with an expected schedule of 32–40 hours per week. Yellowstone General Stores operate in locations throughout the park, including near Old Faithful, Mammoth Hot Springs, and Canyon Village. Requirements

At least one year of experience in a food service position.
Previous cash handling or cashier experience.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a stand attendant or stand manager.
Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate concessions team members on a per-shift basis, including training, counseling, and enforcing work procedures and service standards.
Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and properly storing supplies and food items to ensure availability, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
Inspect all stands and portables in the assigned area to ensure they remain clean, sanitized, and safe.
Analyze and resolve problems involving team members, guests, and operations, with management assistance as needed.
Perform opening and closing duties and verify stand inventories.
Assist team members in serving guests as business levels demand.
Perform other duties as assigned.
