About The Position
Provides fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient service to Price Chopper customers. Prepares food to corporate specifications to support sales, and maintains a clean and sanitized workstation in accordance with corporate and state regulations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Satisfactory performance reviews.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic literacy skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service, including smiling, making eye contact, and thanking customers.
- Sample products and use suggestive selling.
- End each customer transaction with a “Thank You.”
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S standards.
- Cook and finish food within company standards.
- Ensure customer special orders are accurate.
- Merchandise food products according to company guidelines.
- Follow corporate, state, and federal rules and regulations.
- Follow the corporate uniform policy.
- Control shrink by following related policies and procedures.
- Maintain cold case, hot food, and cooling logs in accordance with store policy.
- Perform other related duties assigned by management and follow company policies and procedures.
