About The Position

Saint Therese is hiring a part-time Food Server (Dietary Aide) at its Corcoran, Minnesota community. Working the 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. shift on a consistent schedule of 24 hours per two-week pay period, the Food Server helps create welcoming dining experiences for residents by serving meals, assisting residents, and supporting smooth meal service. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Requirements

No prior experience required.
Ability to read English and follow diet cards, menus, and production sheets.
Ability to work cooperatively with others.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

Serve meals, wait tables, and clear dishes.
Follow menus and diet cards to support residents’ nutritional needs.
Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth, timely meal service.
Assist residents during dining service.
