About The Position
The DUO AM Food Runner serves guest needs by assisting the Food Server with food delivery from the kitchen and completing guest requests. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division and reports to the DUO Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application. The role follows a casual schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and is physically active.
Requirements
- At least one year of food service or related work experience.
- Ability to carry and balance a tray.
- Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers.
- Hawaii Food Handler Card.
- ServSafe certification within three months.
- Tuberculosis clearance.
- Valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and deliver food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with clearing, cleaning, and setting up tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and silverware unobtrusively.
- Greet guests according to Four Seasons standards to provide superior service.
- Anticipate guest needs, assess satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
