About The Position
The Buffet Attendant serves guest needs by assisting the Food Server with food delivery from the kitchen and fulfilling guest requests. The role also involves stocking, replenishing, and maintaining buffets. It is part of the Food & Beverage Division and reports to the DUO Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application. This is a physically active, casual-schedule role. Scheduling is based on operational needs and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of food service or related work experience.
- Ability to carry and balance a tray.
- Ability to monitor the buffet for replenishment.
- Hawaii Food Handler Card.
- Tuberculosis Clearance.
- Valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the breakdown, cleaning, and setup of buffets and food stations.
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with clearing, cleaning, and setting up tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and silverware unobtrusively.
- Greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
- Stock, replenish, and maintain buffets.
- Assist the Food Server with guest requests.
