Food Runner - Restaurant
About The Position
The Lambertville Station Inn is seeking experienced, team-oriented candidates for a Food Runner position. Candidates must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays. The role involves preparing and restocking the workstation, ensuring dishes are presentable and properly garnished, maintaining plates and silverware, communicating with waiting and kitchen staff, and keeping equipment clean. Employees should be polite and professional and perform other job-related duties assigned by the manager. The position is performed in a kitchen environment. Working conditions may involve noise, heat, temperature changes, kitchen elements, odors, and moisture; the noise level is usually mild to moderate. Physical demands include sitting, handling or feeling objects, reaching, talking, hearing, standing, walking, carrying, bending, stretching, stooping, pulling, pushing, and lifting weights up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, and color vision, as well as focus.
