About The Position
Good & Proper Wood Fired Bistro, located in the new AC Hotel McKinney, is accepting resumes for a food runner/busser. The role supports daily restaurant operations and helps ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience by working with restaurant staff and assisting with guest service, table attention, and cleanup.
Responsibilities
- Serve plates, glasses, and silverware.
- Refill beverages.
- Work with restaurant staff to create a positive dining experience for guests.
- Greet customers and answer questions.
- Alert servers when tables need attention.
- Clean tables and remove dishes after guests leave.
- Carry loads of soiled dishes to the dishwasher for cleaning.
