About The Position
Front-of-house team members deliver superior guest service while processing payment transactions and maintaining the cleanliness of guest dining areas, patios, and restrooms. They suggest beverages and pastries and guide guests through the service line and dining areas. This position offers paid training and cross-training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement and career development. Team members receive an hourly base rate plus tips for every hour worked, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through the Team Member recognition program. The position is available on a full-time or part-time schedule. The role is based in a contemporary neighborhood restaurant environment featuring an open kitchen, patio, and dining areas.
