About The Position
The Food Runner/Busser position supports the restaurant by maintaining clean and replenished dining areas. They are responsible for delivering food, clearing tables, placing tableware, and providing great communication.
Requirements
- Restaurant bussing experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain proper sanitation and food safety standards.
- Ability to spot problems and resolve them quickly and efficiently.
- Follow company policies and procedures and comply with all state and federal regulations.
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor and communication.
- Ability to maintain proper uniform and professional presentation.
- Ability to walk up and down stairs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dining areas before guests are seated.
- Remove dirty utensils and dishware and replenish.
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
- Maintain health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Self-driven, proactive, and punctual.
- Safeguard the team by maintaining a healthy and safe workplace, environment, and culture.
