Responsibilities

Clearing and resetting tables, including wiping down tables and chairs and sweeping around the tables.
Being attentive during meal service and scanning the room for tables that need to be cleared, ensuring tables are ready for new guests.
Communicating with kitchen staff to explain orders and special requests, and with waitstaff to determine their needs.
Quickly and accurately delivering food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables.
Assisting servers to properly serve food and drinks.
Keeping the dining area tidy and welcoming, including washing menus and highchairs.
Keeping the expo area clean and organized.
