About The Position

The Food Runner / Attendant prepares, cooks, and serves high-quality food during games and special events at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. This role supports food service operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and helps deliver an exceptional guest experience at games and concerts. The position involves cooking and plating menu items, assisting with customer requests, maintaining kitchen and concession areas, and coordinating with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, customers, and guests.

Requirements

Enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented.
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to the stadium event schedule.
Able to stand for long periods and handle hot kitchen equipment.
ServSafe Alcohol Certification, or willingness to obtain it before employment.

Nice To Haves

Previous cooking or food preparation experience; concessions, quick-service restaurant, or stadium experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
Take customer orders and prepare foods requiring short preparation times according to customer requirements.
Grill, cook, and fry foods such as french fries, eggs, and pancakes.
Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Set up and tear down equipment, and assist with setting up, stocking, and breaking down concession stands before and after events.
Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with health and safety standards.
Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe, clean environment.
Communicate with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, team members, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and properly handled dining details.
Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, responding to inquiries and complaints, and addressing customer concerns.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests and fellow staff.
