About The Position

Major Food Group is hiring part-time Food Runners to join its team at Sadelle's Coconut Grove. Sadelle’s is a modern ode to New York’s tradition of all-day dining, known for its celebratory atmosphere and menu of classic offerings.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in a high-volume, upscale restaurant is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Understand menu offerings, food descriptions, and ingredients, and explain them to guests.
• Set tables appropriately so guests have what they need at each stage of service.
• Keep expo and service station areas organized and maintained.
• Clean tables between courses and reset tables after meals.
• Assist the front-of-house team with other duties as required or assigned.
