About The Position

As part of the KFC team, Food Production team members help deliver a positive guest experience and bring the restaurant to life. The role includes training and learning opportunities, preparing world-famous chicken to the highest quality standards, coordinating with team members to manage products needed for guest orders, and helping maintain a friendly, clean, and collaborative restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Flexible work hours and punctual attendance.
• Enthusiasm and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to perform some heavy lifting, ranging from 25 to 85 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Hearing within normal range to hear auditory alarms from some cooking equipment.
• Ability to read menus, manuals, and training aids.
• Manual dexterity for packing food containers and cleaning.
• Ability to work with others in a somewhat confined space.
• Ability to maintain safety around high-temperature equipment, boiling water, and hot shortening.
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of Company operating procedures and operating results.
