About The Position

The Food Production team member prepares products and helps provide fast, friendly customer service at KFC. The role includes interacting with customers, processing orders and payments, maintaining product quality, monitoring service equipment, and keeping the work environment clean and safe. Team members also unload and stock supplies, maintain required inventory levels, and contribute to recognition and motivation efforts. KFC offers training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Have dependable and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership, and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 50 pounds from one area to another.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math skills.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Be a team player.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Strong work ethic.
• Must want to have fun serving great food to customers.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, receive orders, process sales and payments, and manage customer issues.
• Prepare products and maintain product quality.
• Monitor service equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with applicable Labor Board and OSHA regulations and company standards.
• Unload and stock supplies and maintain required inventory levels.
• Champion recognition and motivation efforts.
• Operate the cash register as needed and make change for other cashiers.
• Complete training certification.
