About The Position

The Full Time Food Production Associate works in a fast-paced retail food environment, preparing foods and beverages for customers while helping maintain food safety and sanitation. The role includes preparing sliced meats and cheeses, sandwiches, wraps, and juice ingredients; cooking items using a rotisserie oven and broaster; and checking temperatures of cooked and cold foods. During slower periods, the associate may assist with stocking, cashiering, or other food production areas. The position offers weekly pay and opportunities for development and advancement.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Be able to multitask.
• Be able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Have basic math and computer skills.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age to operate a meat slicer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sliced meats and cheeses, sandwiches, and wraps.
• Prepare ingredients used to make beverages for customers.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Fill in with stocking, cashiering, or other food production work during down times.
• Use a rotisserie oven to cook food up to three times per day.
• Use a broaster to cook chicken tenders, chicken wings, other chicken items, fish, and potato wedges as needed.
• Take temperatures of cooked and cold foods.
• Change oil in broasters.
