About The Position

The Food Expeditor helps ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service by coordinating the flow of food orders between kitchen staff and servers. The role includes assisting with food preparation and plating, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, and ensuring food meets quality and presentation standards. The Expeditor also supports inventory management and restocking and follows safety and sanitation procedures. Candidates with experience in bussing, food preparation, or customer service in a hotel or culinary setting are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent guest service skills and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience is a plus; experience in bussing, food preparation, or customer service in a hotel or culinary setting is encouraged.
