About The Position
Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Expeditor with an eye for detail and the ability to recognize quality food. The role supports Legendary Food and Legendary Service by ensuring food quality and order accuracy, following recipes and preparation procedures, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and communicating effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The hourly pay range is $16.94–$19.50. Roadies are paid weekly.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Comply with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain station cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Understand and properly execute prep sheets and recipes.
- Validate food quality and confirm order accuracy.
- Monitor product levels during the shift and communicate needs.
- Follow First-In, First-Out standards and product-rotation practices.
- Maintain cleaning and proper sanitation standards throughout the shift.
- Communicate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Exhibit teamwork.
