About The Position

Now hiring food expeditors at the Gristmill in historic Gruene, TX! We are looking for friendly food expeditors to ensure a smooth flow between the front of the house and the back of the house. The food expeditor sets the pace and flow of the kitchen to ensure that all dishes are properly prepared. Requirements

• Must be 16 years old or older
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid and current Food Handlers certification
• Must be able to work at least 3 days a week, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist in the final preparation of dishes before delivery for accuracy, quality, presentation, and temperature
• Ensure efficient flow between the kitchen and servers
