About The Position

Maintain a smooth workflow between the kitchen and guests. Partner with kitchen and theater teams to deliver accurately prepared orders in a fast-paced environment and efficiently use the Apex delivery system.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Outgoing, friendly guest-service orientation.
• Ability to work holidays, some nights, and weekends.
• Understanding of health and safety rules and practices.
• Outstanding coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Dexterity in using kitchen equipment or utensils and carrying heavy trays.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to cooperate as part of a team.
• Disciplined work ethic, reliable attendance, high integrity, and honesty.
• Ability to stand or walk up to 6 hours at a time and repeatedly bend, stoop, or walk stairs.
• Ability to lift 30–40 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience as a food expeditor or in a restaurant setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the POS system to the kitchen.
• Prepare small dishes, including pizza preparation.
• Check dishes for accuracy, presentation, and temperature.
• Ensure orders are prepared with the correct priority.
• Inspect the premises according to quality and sanitation standards and assist with cleaning.
• Send guests notifications for order pickup via the Apex system.
• Perform quality control of all food items.
• Assist with guest questions or concerns.
