About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Food Expeditor Runner to support restaurant operations and deliver hospitality to guests. The role involves delivering food orders, checking presentation and guest needs, assisting wait staff and bussing tables, completing side work, and sharing information about hotel art, decor, and local recommendations. The position may also include other duties assigned to meet business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school education.
• At least one year of experience in a hotel or restaurant service role.
• Be a team player.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
• Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders for guests based on restaurant needs.
• Ensure food is properly presented before delivering it and ensure guests have what they need.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Become acquainted with the hotel's art and decor and speak about them to guests.
• Serve as a spokesperson for the community and know local places to recommend.
• Complete side work duties.
• Assist wait staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
