About The Position
Hotel Julien is hiring a dependable Part-Time Food Expeditor to keep service moving smoothly between the kitchen, servers, and guests. This role exists to ensure every order is accurate, timely, and presented to standard.
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual with strong communication under pressure
- Highly organized and detail-minded during busy service periods
- Comfortable speaking up, prioritizing, and staying calm in a fast kitchen setting
Responsibilities
- Read and "sell" tickets using KDS screens, confirming modifications and timing
- Coordinate with the line and communicate needs clearly to keep pace during rushes
- Organize and stage finished plates for pickup, room service, and delivery
- Maintain a steady flow of information between front and back of house
