Food Expeditor - Ondori - On Call
About The Position
Greets and serves guests, demonstrating attention to detail to ensure a memorable dining experience. Displays a positive, energetic, courteous, and professional attitude. Responsible for promoting teamwork, assisting in the set-up and proper operation of the dining area, and ensuring customer service satisfaction. Keeps stations and work areas well-stocked and prepared for shifts. Performs all other side duties as requested by a Supervisor to provide optimal service to guests. Greets guests in a friendly manner and provides excellent guest service. Maintains thorough knowledge of menu items, including specials. Delivers food to guests promptly and courteously. Maintains knowledge of the property’s amenities, including other restaurants. Provides guest service utilizing the Host and Service Etiquette Standards. Complies with all policies and procedures. Performs other duties as requested.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Strong guest service skills required.
- Ability to perform essential functions with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 20 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
- Knowledge of point of sales systems strongly preferred.
