About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time Food Expeditor Runner at Hotel Boulderado. The role supports restaurant service by delivering food orders, ensuring dishes are presented properly, assisting guests and wait staff, and completing side work. Shifts vary from Thursday through Sunday and may include morning, evening, or mid shifts, with a focus on heavy weekend and holiday coverage. This is an hourly position with tips included from room service. The job posting will remain open until November 5, 2026, or until filled.

Requirements

Minimum of a high school education.
At least one year of experience in a hotel or restaurant service role.
Be a team player.
Ability to multitask.
Effective verbal communication skills.
Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

Deliver food orders to guests based on restaurant needs.
Check that food is properly presented before delivering it and ensure guests have what they need.
Assist with bussing tables.
Become familiar with the hotel's art and decor and speak about them to guests.
Know local places to recommend and serve as a spokesperson for the community.
Complete side work duties.
Assist wait staff as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
