About The Position

The Expediter is a Front of House team member who serves as a liaison between the front and back of house. The role involves assembling orders carefully, accurately, and promptly, while maintaining high standards to provide guests with an unforgettable experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents.
• Must be able to read in English.
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills to work with others.
• Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Must be an energetic team player and service-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience in similar roles.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assemble food orders for dine-in and takeout.
• Ensure food orders are accurate and pay close attention to detail.
• Ensure food presentation meets expectations.
• Package online and/or catering orders.
• Maintain sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, dishes, and utensils.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Proactively help where most needed in the restaurant.
