About The Position

The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the Food & Beverage Manager in delivering high-quality service across the hotel’s full-service restaurants. The role oversees daily restaurant operations, helps coordinate and motivate the team, monitors food quality and presentation, and responds professionally to guest feedback and concerns. The supervisor also manages costs, cash transactions, staff schedules, and inventory; uses technology to improve operational efficiency; and supports promotional, training, and performance initiatives. The hotel encourages cross-departmental training and associate development, with leadership working alongside associates and supporting open communication.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
Demonstrated initiative and effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities.
Ability to interpret financial data and perform basic arithmetic.

Nice To Haves

College coursework in hospitality.
Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities
