About The Position

The Server creates memorable dining experiences by welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, answering questions about menu items and specials, and providing attentive service throughout each visit. The role involves promptly delivering food and beverages, managing multiple tables, keeping dining and service areas clean, processing payments accurately, and complying with company procedures, security protocols, hygiene regulations, and applicable certification standards. Servers should be energetic and able to remain on their feet and move throughout their shifts.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with guests and coworkers.
Ability to remain on one's feet and perform lifting, bending, and moving throughout a shift.
Must obtain and maintain any required certifications, such as Alcohol Awareness or a Food Handler’s Card, as required by state regulations.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous hospitality or food and beverage service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and attend to their needs throughout the dining experience.
Know menu ingredients, dietary information, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines to assist guests.
Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Manage multiple tables while maintaining smooth service and clean spaces, including during busy periods.
Process transactions, close checks, and follow company and security protocols.
Keep service areas clean and safe while following hygiene regulations and certification standards.
