About The Position

The Busser supports the restaurant’s dining service by clearing dishes and glassware, cleaning and resetting tables between guests, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area, restocking service areas, and assisting waitstaff. The role may also help with dishwashing duties. Work is performed under direct supervision; the Busser handles basic issues and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. The position requires beginning to working knowledge of the subject matter and involves clerical, organizational, oral communication, and customer/client orientation skills.

Requirements

• Typically requires a high school diploma.
• Typically requires 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Performs work under direct supervision.
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

Responsibilities
