About The Position

The Food & Beverage Signature Event Supervisor leads the Food & Beverage team to create memorable guest experiences during Christmas at the Princess, a high-profile holiday event at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. The role supports the outlet’s daily operations, service standards, guest satisfaction, revenue goals, and food safety practices. Requirements

• Previous Point of Sale system experience required.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications required.
• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Be highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous Food and Beverage leadership experience preferred.
• University or college degree in a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Supervise the Food & Beverage Outlet team and ensure service standards are followed.
• Maximize revenues through upselling and adherence to budget guidelines.
• Respond to guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Balance operational requirements with colleague needs.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus and promotions.
• Ensure colleagues know menu items, garnishes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
