About The Position

This role involves preparing sales-related documents, promoting brand awareness, and assisting with revenue and marketing programs for food and beverage outlets and room service. The coordinator will also develop and implement social media and beverage promotional programs, manage sales software entries, and serve as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and coordinating event reservations. Additionally, the role includes general office duties and ensuring adherence to company policies and guest service standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • No specific certifications required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials).
  • Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
  • Assist the management team to develop, implement and execute revenue and marketing programs for all outlets and room service.
  • Develop, coordinate and implement social media initiatives as well as beverage promotional programs.
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process.
  • Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events).
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
  • Coordinate reservation confirmations for special and holiday events for parties of six people or more in the restaurant.
  • Coordinate selling of all food and beverage in hospitality suites through the Room Service Department.
  • Perform general office duties to support Champions and Room Service (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying).
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure personal appearance is professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
