The Food and Beverage Supervisor assists the Manager in the daily operation of the department, including training and coaching new staff and ensuring all food and beverage policies, as well as Marmot Basin procedures, are followed and upheld. This role plays a key part in maintaining service standards, operational efficiency, and a positive guest experience across all food and beverage outlets. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on supporting both staff development and day-to-day operational excellence in a high-volume resort environment. This is a full-time seasonal role. Alberta Employment Standards regarding probationary periods apply.
