Our Food & Beverage porters play a vital role in keeping all assigned areas clean, organized, and running smoothly, helping create an exceptional experience for every guest. We are Turning Stone Enterprises, a dynamic organization with a diverse range of business operations. Among our prominent offerings is the Turning Stone Resort Casino, which has received the prestigious Best of New York Gaming Resort award for an impressive six consecutive years. Complementing this flagship property, we operate satellite casinos like YBR Casino & Sports Book, Point Place Casino, and The Lake House at Sylvan Beach. Beyond gaming and hospitality, our portfolio also includes convenience stores, three 18 hole PGA-level golf courses, and other unique ventures.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- To be able to prioritize multiple functions.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Performs routine inventory on a daily basis of all required items necessary to stock the food and beverage outlet.
- Continually picks up dishes from tables; as well as food trays from floor, tables, and tray jacks.
- Monitors all beverages soda and juice bibs, regular and decaf coffee, ensuring a full supply are available for the guests use.
- Wipes down the tops and fronts of the soda and coffee machines, cream dispenser and stations.
- Ensures drains for the coffee and soda machines are kept clean and free from build up as well as ensures that ice does not build up on the soda machines.
- Mops up any spills around the soda stations to prevent guests from slipping on the spills and uses the wet floor signs accordingly.
