About The Position

The Food & Beverage Porter for Eataly Las Vegas supports retail and dining operations through a range of behind-the-scenes and guest-area tasks. The role helps maintain a clean, efficient, polished environment and supports guest service by following sanitation and table-maintenance standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of Steward or Utility Porter experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume food and beverage environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute regularly to a property-wide inspection program.
• Clean ceilings, walls, and items that may require extended work on a ladder.
• Dust mop and wet mop floors, and operate an auto scrubber.
• Sweep and disinfect floors in food handling and preparation areas, including beneath main-line equipment.
• Clean restrooms, including floors, urinals, toilets, walls, mirrors, and sinks, using proper chemicals.
• Move tables and chairs to set up venues, and clean tabletops, doors, and reachable windows as directed.
• Clean and scrub griddles, salamanders, fryers, and ovens in cooking stations.
• Operate dishwashing equipment to wash china, glassware, and silverware according to SNHD standards.
• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, wares, and other items in a three-compartment sink according to SNHD standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper working condition of garbage disposals, grease traps, and garbage compactors.
• Follow sanitation and table-maintenance standards to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Transport dishes and pots from all areas to the dish pit as needed.
• Remove trash from receptacles, replace full bags, and wash garbage bins.
