The Food & Beverage Internship Program introduces aspiring hospitality professionals to luxury service standards, food and beverage operations, and leadership development within a private club environment. The intern serves as an active member of the Gozzer Ranch Food & Beverage team while participating in structured leadership development. Through hands-on training, observation, mentorship, and project-based learning, the intern gains exposure to member service, hospitality operations, team leadership, business management, and food and beverage financial fundamentals. The program is intended to prepare future hospitality leaders through meaningful learning experiences and exposure to the operational and business functions of a successful private club. The intern supports dining, banquet, special event, tournament, and member activities; learns the established Sequence of Service and food and beverage offerings; and develops service and leadership skills through structured sessions, coaching, and operational participation. The role also provides exposure to administrative systems, inventory, purchasing, budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, financial statements, revenue generation, labor management, and operational efficiency. Interns participate in internship reflections, evaluations, and an end-of-program presentation.
